Mr. Conrad is the former Treasurer and Collector of Taxes at the City of Worcester and the Town of Boylston.

As a member of the Worcester's Executive Management team, Michael helped achieve a 100% tax collection rate, implemented city-wide cash controls, modernized payroll compliance, documented department policies and procedures, helped develop the city's 5 points fiscal plan building a reserve of funds and creating a capital improvement plan, established and coordinated a successful health insurance trust fund to pay claims, and maintained a stable bond rating throughout his tenure. With over 20 years of municipal finance experience, Mr. Conrad has the knowledge and leadership to facilitate and oversee each and every project with diligence and care while achieving results.

Ms. Hubbard-Ward has 37 years of Municipal Finance experience, most recently for 25 years as the Finance Director and Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Northborough.

June Hubbard-Ward

June was directly responsible for the implementation of the Finance team in Northborough while successfully integrating the Accounting and Assessing departments with the Treasurer/Collector. During her tenure, the Town of Northborough enjoyed very strong tax collections, stable finances, and an excellent bond rating. She had completed the requirements and is a Certified Massachusetts Municipal Treasurer and a Certified Massachusetts Municipal Collector. June is an active member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurer's Association and the Massachusetts Government Finance Officers Association.

Deirdre L. Malone

Ms. Malone is the former Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Paxton. She was also the Town Clerk in the Town of Paxton for seven years and in the banking industry for 25 years.

With over 17 years of experience as the Treasurer/Collector, Deirdre enjoyed very strong tax collections while help maintaining an excellent bond rating. She was responsible for implementing the change to quarterly tax billing from semi-annual billing. Further, she was instrumental in creating the Treasurer/Collector position as an appointed position rather than elected to help maintain competent Treasurer/Collector staff. Deirdre is also responsible for implementing the Town's first-ever Treasurer/Collector's policies and procedures manual. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurer's Association.
